Bharat Bhushan Vyas takes oath as Member, UPSC

Mr. Bharat Bhushan Vyas, who was until recently Adviser to the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, took oath of office and secrecy as Member of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) here today.
He was administered the oath by UPSC Chairman Arvind Saxena, an official press release said.
Mr. Vyas, 61, is a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1986 batch. He served in the State and the Centre in various capacities and retired as Chief Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir.
