India’s fastest train Gatimaan Express extended up to Gwalior/Jhansi

India’s fastest train, the Gatimaan Express, has been extended up to Gwalior/Jhansi from April 1 to boost tourism in the Bundelkhand region.
The extension of this prestigious premium train no 12049/50 that was plying between Hazrat Nizamuddin and Agra Cantonment will facilitate tourists to visit various tourist attractions in and around Gwalior including the Jai Vilas Palace Museum, Gwalior Fort, Jai Vilas Palace and Gopachal Parvat to name a few.
Jhansi is famous for Jhansi Fort, Government Museum associated with the first war of Independence, Orchha Fort and Jahangir Mahal.
The train will run six days of the week except for Friday.
