Prabhu flags off extension of Tirupati-Kalyandurg Passenger train service upto Kadiri Devarapalli

Minister of Railways Suresh Prabhu  inaugurated the extension of the 57477/57478 Tirupati - Kalyandurg passenger train up to Kadiri Devarapalli through video conferencing from Railway Board here yesterday.
Minister of Civil Aviation Ashok Gajapathi Raju Pusapati, Chairman, Railway Board, A. K. Mital, Member Traffic Railway Board Mohd Jamshed and other Railway Board Members and senior officials were present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Prabhu said the new line constructed from Rayadurg-Tumkuru and  Kalyandurg to Kadiri Devarapalli section was part of this line. The train will facilitate pilgrims travelling to Tirupati, he said.
