Two minor quakes jolt Kullu region of Himachal Pradesh

Two minor earthquakes jolted the Kullu region of Himachal Pradesh this morning, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The first quake, measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale, had its epicentre at latitude 31.4 N and longitude 77.5 E,  occurred at 0644 hours at a focal depth of 10 km, an IMD bulletin said.
The second tremor, measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale, occurred in the same area about 21 minutes later at 0705 hours at a focal depth of 10 km, the bulletin added.
